How to Book Your Private Dining Experience

Booking with Bayne Privé is intentionally curated and highly limited. Please read carefully before reserving your date.

The Privé Table (Dinner for Two)

Full payment is required at the time of booking. During checkout, you’ll have the option to select any upgrades you’d like to include—such as wine pairing, candlelight setup, or a floral tablescape. These will be charged with your base package at the time of booking.

Once your booking is complete, your date is confirmed. We’ll follow up within 48 hours to finalize your custom menu and event details.

The Gathering (4–10 Guests)

To reserve this experience, select your preferred date and complete the booking form. Any selected upgrades will be charged at checkout. After booking, you’ll receive a custom invoice within 24 hours based on your guest count and selected menu.

Your reservation is not held until that invoice is paid. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your requested date will be released.

The Signature Tasting (6+ Guests)

Begin by choosing your date and completing the intake form. You may select optional upgrades at the time of booking, which will be charged during checkout. We will contact you personally to confirm the details of your experience and send an invoice based on your guest count and menu.

That invoice must be paid within 24 hours to secure your reservation.

Optional Upgrades

Enhance your experience with luxurious add-ons. Wine pairings are carefully selected to complement your custom menu. Candlelight setup includes romantic taper candles to elevate your tablescape. Our fresh floral arrangements are styled seasonally for an elegant finishing touch.

All upgrades are charged at time of booking. Remaining balances for The Gathering or The Signature Tasting will be invoiced separately.

Please Note

Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received. All pricing includes ingredient sourcing, in-home preparation, full plating, and complete clean-up. Cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 5 days’ notice.

FAQs

  • No. Chef Bayne shops for all the fresh, high-quality ingredients and brings them to your home—but all meals are prepared, cooked, and plated on-site in your kitchen. This is a live, intimate dining experience—not a drop-off service.

  • Just your space and your appetite. Chef Bayne uses your kitchen setup—stove, oven, counters, and basic equipment—but brings any specialty tools or cookware needed for the menu.

  • Not at all. Your kitchen will be left clean and spotless, so you can relax and enjoy the experience from start to finish.

  • Yes. All menus are customized. Just include your restrictions or preferences when booking and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Ideally 2 weeks in advance. For Signature Tasting menus or dates around holidays, more notice is recommended.

  • No, gratuity is not included—but it’s always appreciated if you feel moved to tip.
